Previous documents relating to Site Allocation Statements of Common Ground/Delivery Statement
The currently available Statement of Common Ground Delivery Statements are below. This is a piece of ongoing work, and more Delivery Statements will be uploaded in due course when they are agreed.
There are a variety of reasons for some Delivery Statements not having been provided to date. These include:
- difficulties in contacting the relevant landowner;
- outstanding matters remaining unresolved; and
- the opportunity to agree a Delivery Statement has been declined by the landowner.
In some instances, it is considered unnecessary to pursue the agreement of a Delivery Statement; for example, if a site has planning consent, its construction has begun, or the development has been completed.
